Family of five (two rooms)...we found the rooms to be clean and spacious. Full breakfast bar with waffle maker and 24 hour coffee maker. Love the outdoor space with firepits and rockers. Indoor heated pool was a plus! The staff is the most kind, professional team that I have encountered in years! Shout out to Vincent (GM), Shaneka and Kamany (front desk) for going above and beyond to make our experience wonderful and enjoyed by all. We usually stay in a cabin (was cancelled last minute bringing us to this hotel) but we definitely be back!!
We come to TN every year from Florida. We have stayed in ALOT of hotels in the area. This is by far. Hands down. The best hotel we have stayed at. Especially for the price. Dont let the price scare you away. This place is CLEAN and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a hotel. We originally planned to stay here for only one night. After the first night we booked again. The staff…. The staff here is completely amazing. It’s like they should be working 600.00 a night hotel. Onessa greeted us the first night. Can’t say enough about her. Extremely polite and helpful. Went above and beyond her job description. The second day Shanika was at the front desk and she followed right behind Onessa. If she was wearing a mask I wouldn’t even know it was a different person. Moral of the story. Front desk people are AMAZING. Rooms are great and clean. Oh and don’t forget. The have an inside AND outside pool and hot tub. Multiple fireplaces outside. Needless to say we won’t be staying anywhere else when we come to town.
Cant say anything bad about this place! Clean, quiet, great service and spacious rooms all with private balcony. The check in was painless and the lady working (don’t wanna mention a name in case it gets her in trouble, but she knows who she is and thanks again!) even gave me headache meds when we arrived. The breakfast was all out! From eggs and bacon to biscuits gravy to waffles and everything in between centrally located to a lot of attractions we will definitely stay here again!
The receptionist was friendly and check in was easy. Clean and spacious rooms created an enjoyable stay. Location made coming and going as breeze. Great views of an amazing cross from the balcony was nice.
Room might not have been perfect (little wear here and there and shower tub style a little uncomfortable/outdated) but regardless really really enjoyed our stay. Loved: -lady who checked me in was so nice and professional -the overall look and theming, especially the neon ish lights over bed and the accent wall -the microwave -the balcony -the indoor pool and spa AND OPEN TILL 2am AMEN THANK YOU -the little juice and coffee machine available anytime near the elevators. Extremely convenient and uplifting -THE QUIET. Room so quiet and comfy. And slept amazingly -the value for what i paid -the location
The rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby was beautiful. The pools were kept clean and hot tubs were clean and enjoyable. The housekeeping and feont desk staff were all amazing. My only complaint was the structure of the bathroom. The toilet room is not fluffy friendly. I'm 5'7 250lbs and struggled a little in there. My fault because my addiction is food and not drugs. So if you are a fluffy person you may want to request an ada room. My view from the balcony was nice as it was of this beautiful cross.

we stayed here a Thursday in January and only paid $75. location was great. close to the main road but not on the main road. the room was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. there was a fireplace, balcony, tv, excellent lighting, and the toilet was closed off from the bathroom. the best part was the indoor pool and out door hot tub that was open until 2AM. they did offer free breakfast as well.
